Jupiter Wagons's subsidiary bags long-term supply contract from Europe
Railway freight wagons, passenger coaches, manufacturer Jupiter Wagons Limited has bagged a long-term supply contract from Europe. The firm's subsidiary Jupiter Tatravagonka Railwheel Factory Pvt Ltd has signed a definitive long-term supply agreement with European rail wagon manufacturer Tatravagonka a.s. for the supply of rail wheels, axles, and wheelsets.
The supply would be managed by the firm's greenfield railwheel facility in Odisha, with supplies expected to commence by the end of the calendar year 2027.
