Anant Raj signs MoU worth Rs 20,000 crores for investment in Haryana
Delhi-based real estate development firm Anant Raj Limited has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Government of Haryana. The MoU is for an investment worth Rs 20,000 crore to develop large-scale data centre infrastructure across the state.
As per Business Standard, the firm currently operates 28 MW of IT load across its campuses in Manesar and Panchkula. Through this investment, the firm aims to achieve a total capacity of 307 MW by FY32 across Manesar, Panchkula and Rai (Sonipat).
Anant Raj had earlier signed an MoU to invest Rs 4,500 crore in Andhra Pradesh through its subsidiary.
