Suraj Estate Developers acquires development rights for land in Mumbai's Mahim
Mumbai-based real estate firm Suraj Estate Developers has acquired the development rights for a plot of land in Mahim. As per updates, the firm's wholly owned subsidiary, Iconic Property Developers Private Limited, has acquired development rights for the land parcel in Mahim (West) for a total consideration of Rs 75 crore.
As per the firm, the land is expected to generate an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of Rs 800 crore. At the time of writing the news piece, not much detail was available as to what kind of project the firm is looking to develop on the land.
