870,000 sq ft office lease renewed by Google in Bengaluru
Tech giant Google has renewed the lease for around 870,000 square feet of office space in Bengaluru’s Bagmane Capital Business Park. The new lease agreement is for 5 years with a annual rent commitment of Rs 90 crore.
The lease spans two landmark towers, Kyoto East and Kyoto West, in Capital Business Park.
