ABREL bags rights to redevelop a housing project in Mumbai
Aditya Birla Group firm ABREL will redevelop a housing society in Mumbai. The project is the firm's first housing project and has an expected revenue potential of Rs 1,700 crores. ABREL will redevelop Anmol Co-operative Housing Society and Bhartiya Bhavan Co-operative Housing Society in Khar West.
The firm will undertake the work under a joint redevelopment arrangement with Parinee Real Estate Builders.
