Raymond Realty raises funding of Rs 210 crore for its redevelopment project
Thane-based real estate developer Raymond Realty has raised Rs 210 crore to facilitate the redevelopment of one of its projects in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR).
The amount was raised by a wholly owned subsidiary of Raymond Realty, Ten X Realty West, from ICICI Prudential Real Estate Development Fund.
