Brigade Group joins hands with Hyatt for hotel projects in Bengaluru
Bengaluru-based real estate firm Brigade Group has signed agreements with Hyatt Hotels Corporation for the development of two hotels under the Hyatt Regency brand in the city.
One of the hotels will be developed at Brigade Global Park, and the other one at Brigade’s upcoming integrated township on Whitefield-Kadugodi Road. Hyatt Regency Bengaluru at Brigade Global Park is planned to have around 350 guestrooms and suites, along with meeting and event facilities spanning approximately 25,000 sq ft and multiple dining options catering to business and leisure travellers.
The two hotels are expected to add 600 rooms.
