Platinum Corp plans to invest Rs 260 crore in residential projects in Mumbai
Mumbai-based real estate developer Platinum Corp has plans to invest Rs 260 crore across its 4 residential projects in the city. These projects are located on Carter Road, Santacruz, and Versova, and have a combined projected gross development value (GDV) of over Rs 1,350 crore.
These projects together comprise approximately 2.26 lakh sq ft of RERA carpet area for sale. According to the firm, Rs 100 crore will be funded through internal accruals, while Rs 160 crore will come from institutional funding provided by ICICI Venture Fund, Bajaj Finance and AU Small Finance Bank.
