HG Infra sales assests worth over Rs 282 crores
Construction and Engineering firm, HG Infra Engineering Ltd, has sold its assets worth Rs 282.24 crores. The firm has sold its wholly owned subsidiary, HG Raipur Visakhapatnam OD-6, to a SEBI-registered Category II AIF (Alternative Investment Fund), Neo Infra Income Opportunities Fund.
As per ETInfra.com, HG Infra received Rs 203 crore on the day of completion, with the remaining amount to be paid in line with the terms of the transaction documents.
