The Executive Centre to launch new centres in Pune and Mumbai
Premium flexible workspace solutions provider, The Executive Centre, has announced the launch of new centres in Maharashtra. The firm will launch these centres in Mumbai and Pune, adding around 90,000 sq. ft. of premium workspace to its portfolio in the cities.
In Mumbai, TEC plans to launch 2 two new centres, one centre at One BKC, Level 12, offering approx. 380 workstations across approximately 35,000 sq. ft. The other will be at Raheja Tower, Level 3, spanning approximately 22,000 sq. ft. with approx. 240 workstations.
In Pune, the firm will be opening its centre at Panchshil Business Park, East Tower A, Level 8. It will span approximately 32,000 sq. ft. and house approximately 390 workstations. This move from TEC comes at a time when businesses are increasingly moving beyond traditional office formats in favour of agile, experience-led workplaces that offer flexibility, scalability, and operational.
