Unimech Aerospace to acquire Hobel Bellows in a deal worth Rs 450 crores
Aviation engineering solutions provider Unimech Aerospace and Manufacturing Limited signed a definitive agreement to acquire metallic bellows maker Hobel Bellows. As per The Economic Times, the deal is done for Rs 450 crores with an aim to transform Unimech into a global precision engineering leader.
The firm will acquire the 180,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility that Hobel Bellows operates in Duvvada SEZ, Visakhapatnam, which caters to industries such as automotive, locomotive, power transmission, and water and gas.
