House of Hiranandani bags redevlopment rights for 3 acres land parcel in Mumbai
Mumbai-based real estate developer House of Hiranandani has bagged the rights for the redevelopment of 3 acres land parcel in Mumbai. The land parcel is to be redeveloped into a premium residential project with a gross development value (GDV) of over Rs 3,000 crores.
Located in Borivali, the project spans more than 7.6 lakh sq ft of saleable carpet area, including around 380 rehabilitation homes and over 850 units for the open market.
