NOVA Control to invest Rs 100 crore in railway saftey systems
Bengaluru-based NOVA Control Technologix has plans to invest over Rs 100 crore in research and development (R&D) of next-generation railway safety systems. The focus of the R&D will be on operational technology (OT) cybersecurity.
The development comes at a time when Indian Railways has accelerated the deployment of the indigenous train protection system KAVACH and expands digital infrastructure across signalling and operations, raising concerns around cybersecurity vulnerabilities in increasingly connected networks.
