Bengaluru Business Corridor project: State government plans to revive the project worth Rs 7,000 crore
The state government of Karnataka is planning to revive the Peripheral Ring Road (PRR) project, and is now rebranding it as the Bengaluru Business Corridor (BBC) project. Sprawling 73 km, the project is estimated to cost over Rs 7,000 crores.
The tenders for the project are likely to be floated by March next year. As per reports, the project will be split into three packages, each valued at around Rs 2,500 crore. The project would be developed by Bengaluru Business Corridor Limited (BBCL).
