Sam India Builtwell Private Limited has emerged as the lowest bidder (L one bidder) for the RITES Limited project worth Rs 263.87 crore. The scope of the work involves the construction of various buildings and their services (Package-I) under the EPC mode of contract at IIT Delhi including comprehensive maintenance for 5 years.
