DDA generates Rs 1,300 crores from property auction
The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has generated a revenue of Rs 1,321 crores through its mega e-auction of land and property assets. As per ET, DDA set the cumulative reserve price of Rs 480.38 crores, realising nearly three times the reserve value through the auction.
142 properties and land assets, including residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional plots and other licence fee-based assets across Delhi, were offered in the auction.
