Birla Estates and Sikka developer comer together to develop residential project in Greater Noida
Real estate firms Birla Estates and Sikka Developer have joined hands to develop a residential project in Greater Noida. The wholly owned subsidiary of Aditya Birla Real Estate Limited, Birla Estates Private Limited (BEPL), entered into a partnership with the Sikka group for a 5-acre residential project in Greater Noida.
In this partnership, Birla Estates will invest Rs 500 crore to develop a project with an estimated gross development value of Rs 1,600 crore.
