Birla Estates partners with Ramaiah Realty for integrated township project in Bengaluru
Mumbai-based real estate firm Birla Estates has partnered with M S Ramaiah Realty, forming a joint venture (JV). The JV is for the development of a 52-acre integrated township in Devanahalli, Bengaluru.
As per the firm, the project has an estimated revenue potential of Rs 3,000 crores.
