Brigade Group signs agreement for integrated residential township in Bengaluru
Bengaluru-based real estate developer Brigade Group has signed a joint development agreement (JDA) for an integrated residential township in Bengaluru. The JDA is for an 8.63-acre land parcel in Gunjur, where a 39-acre integrated residential township will be developed.
Located along the Whitefield–Sarjapur Road corridor, it is planned primarily as a large-scale residential project with an estimated gross development value (GDV) of around Rs 7,200 crores.
