Gulshan group to invest Rs 1,000 crores in Noida
Real estate developer Gulshan Group has plans to invest Rs 1,000 crore in Uttar Pradesh's Noida. The plan is to develop a Taj Hotel and branded serviced apartments in Sector 129 along the Noida Expressway.
The proposed project will feature 50 rooms and 74 Taj Branded Serviced Apartments. The hotel will include an expansive 8,000 sq. ft. ballroom and offer premium dining experiences with an all-day dining restaurant, a bar, and two specialty restaurants. While the apartments will present ultra-luxury residences spanning approximately 7,500 sq. ft. each, priced between Rs 35-40 crore.
