Canonicus Capital and Trevoc join hands to launch Rs 500 crore real estate platform
Private investment fund Canonicus Capital has joined hands with real estate developer Trevoc to launch a Rs 500 crore last-mile funding and execution platform. This platform will be focused on the completion of stuck real estate projects across the National Capital Region (NCR).
As per The Economic Times, the focus of the platform would be on revival and timely delivery of projects that are constrained by execution bottlenecks and last-mile liquidity gaps.
