CCI approves merger of 2 Tata group firms in Tata Capital
The Competition Commission of India (CCI) has given its nod to the merger of Tata Cleantech Capital and Tata Capital Financial Services into Tata Capital Ltd (TCL). Tata Capital Financial Services (TCFSL) and Tata Cleantech Capital Ltd are RBI-registered non-deposit accepting non-banking financial companies and are subsidiaries of TCL.
