Chandak Group plans new housing society in Mumbai
Real estate developer Chandak Group has plans to redevelop a housing society with a land area of 3.6 acres. The project worth Rs 161 crore envisages a total development potential of over 4,60,000 sq. ft. and is expected to be completed within a period of four years.
The proposed project will provide a saleable area of over 2,81,000 sq. ft. with a revenue potential of Rs 956 crore. With 340 members, its current space has a developed carpet area of over 1,07,000 sq. ft. The developer will have a total redeveloped 1,79,000 sq. ft.
Chandak has already obtained a no-objection certificate (NOC) in February 2022 from the Airports Authority of India (AAI) to construct new buildings up to a height of 57.13 meters, above mean sea level on the said land parcel.
