BPTP to develop new residential project in Gurugram with an investment of Rs 1,200 crores
Noida-headquartered real estate developer BPTP has plans to develop a new residential project in Gurugram. The project named Downtown 66 will be located in Sector 66 and will comprise 504 residences in 3BHK and 3.5BHK configurations.
The starting price will be around Rs 5.32 crores, and the project is expected to take an investment of around Rs 1,200 crores. It is expected to have a gross development value of about Rs 2,500 crore.
