Crest Ventures and Vensco Group join hands to develop mixed use project in Mumbai
Real estate firm Crest Ventures has joined hands with Mumbai-based real estate developer Vensco Group. The two firms have come together to build Crest Golfshire in Chembur. Crest Golfshire is the city's largest golf course–facing luxury mixed-use residential project.
The wholly owned subsidiary of Crest Ventures, Crest Urban Living, will undertake a project spanning 2.7 acres. The project will feature 3 BHK and 4 BHK luxury homes and is expected to have a Gross Development Value (GDV) of approximately Rs 1,850 crores.
