Crystal Crop to develop new plant in Jhagadia, acquires 31 acres land
Crop protection and agri-chemical maker Crystal Crop Protection has plans to develop a greenfield agrochem manufacturing facility in Gujarat. The firm has acquired 31.06 acres of land and assets from Kurl-On Ltd in Jhagadia, Gujarat.
According to The Economic Times, the firm will invest Rs 100 crores in the project over 3 years. Initially, it will have a production capacity of 50,000 tonnes per annum of formulations, with the flexibility to expand to 120,000 tonnes.
