Espire Hospitality to add 20 new hotels by FY25
Hospitality sector major, Espire Hospitality has launched its new resort, ‘ZANA Forest Resort, Ranthambore’, located close to the Ranthambore National Park. This is the second resort under their 'ZANA - Luxury Escapes' brand. The resort offers 20 cottages and rooms, along with amenities such as tennis and badminton courts, football, billiards, and karaoke.
The firm plans to add 20 hotels by FY25 with Rs 560 crore capex. This year it will be adding 200 more keys (3 ZANA resorts) to reach 13 operational hotels with 980 keys.
