Femiint Hospital acquired by Motherhood Hospitals
Maternity and pediatrics hospital chain, Motherhood Hospitals has acquired Bengaluru-based Femiint Hospitals. The Asia Healthcare Holdings (AHH) owned hospital chain has a dominant position in the country in neonatology with a network of 200 neonatal intensive care unit beds. The financial details of the acquisition were not shared.
The Healthcare firm has built a chain of 18 hospitals across 8 cities in the country post the AHH investment in 2016 and has invested around 200 crores in consolidating its presence in the city of Bangalore and is planning to make an additional investment of 50 crores.
