Godrej Properties acquires 3,8 acres land in Bengaluru
Real estate firm Godrej Properties has acquired an additional 3.8-acre land parcel in Bengaluru. The acquired land has Rs 2,400 crore in incremental revenue potential and 2 million sq. ft. of new development capacity.
On the acquired land, the developer plans to build a premium residential community. This project would have an estimated total development potential of 3 million sq. ft. and projected revenue of Rs 3,500 crore.
