Godrej's township project in Bengaluru: Firm eyes Rs 3,500 crore revenue
Real estate major Godrej Properties is eyeing an estimated revenue of around Rs 3,500 crore from its township project in Bengaluru. Spanning 30 acres, the project is situated in South Bengaluru and boasts a development potential of 3 million square feet.
Further, the firm has acquired an additional 3.8-acre land parcel, thereby unlocking Rs 2,400 crore of additional revenue and 2 million sq ft of additional development potential.
