Godrej Properties plans to buy land parcels, eyes Rs 30,000 crore revenue
Real estate developer Godrej Properties has plans to acquire multiple land parcels with a total revenue potential of around Rs 30,000 crore. As per the firm, the business development, which means new land acquisition, has been pretty strong during the first six months of this fiscal year, and the pipeline for the second half also looks attractive.
The developer recently acquired 75 acres of land in Nagpur to develop a housing project with an estimated revenue of Rs 755 crore.
