Projects worth Rs 22,000 crores to be launched by Godrej Properties
Real estate developer Godrej Properties has plans to launch projects worth Rs 22,000 crore. The firm is also offering residential plots in many Tier II cities and plans to launch properties worth Rs 40,000 crore, with sales of units valued at approximately Rs 32,500 crore during this fiscal year.
As of now, the work on the launch of its housing project at Worli, Mumbai, is underway, and it hopes to launch a new project in Bandra.
