Google -Adani vizag data centre project: Andhra government allocates 480 acres land
The state government of Andhra Pradesh has allocated 480 acres of land across the Visakhapatnam and Anakapalli districts for the Google and Adani group's joint data centre project. This land is allocated to Adani’s Subsidiary Adani Infra (India) Pvt Ltd, enabling the construction of a 1 GW AI data centre led by Raiden Infotech India, a Google-owned entity.
Andhra Pradesh Industrial Infrastructure Corporation Ltd (APIIC) identified 3 land parcels and allocated them for the project. The project would take an investment of around Rs 87,500 crores.
