Foxconn invests Rs 351 crore in India
Taiwanese Electronics manufacturing giant Foxconn will invest Rs 351 crore in its Indian arm, Foxconn Hon Hai Technology India Mega Development Private Limited. The investment was made by Foxconn through its Singapore-based subsidiary.
This investment is expected to boost iPhone production in India. Foxconn, Tata Electronics, and Pegatron India (majorly owned by Tata Electronics) are engaged in manufacturing iPhones in India.
