Gravita India set to acquire RML in a deal worth Rs 800 crores
Recycling firm, Gravita India, is all set to acquire government-owned Rashtriya Metal Industries Limited (RMIL). Gravita India will acquire the country's oldest and one of its most reputed manufacturers of copper and copper alloys in a deal worth Rs 800 crores.
According to The Economic Times, the acquisition strengthens Gravita's position as an integrated recycling and manufacturing platform and aligns with growing global demand for copper.
