Lodha Developers plans to invest Rs 15,000 crores in data centre project
Real estate firm Lodha Developers has plans to invest Rs 13,000 crores to Rs 15,000 crores in its data center business. The firm is looking to develop a large 1 GW data center on a build-to-suit basis in Palava, near Mumbai.
The new data centre will be spread over 400 acres, for which the firm has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Maharashtra government. This move comes as the firm is eyeing over Rs 3,000 crore within 6 years.
