Investment worth USD 11 billion planned by Blackstone in India
American alternative investment management company Blackstone Inc. has plans to invest USD 11 billion in data center infrastructure in India. The decision aligns with the rapidly growing demand for artificial intelligence (AI) and cloud computing services.
The firm recently launched Lumina CloudInfra, a hyperscale cloud infrastructure and data center provider based in Mumbai, with a planned capacity of 600 MW.
