Kalpataru bags redevlopment rights of housing project in Mumbai
Real estate developer Kalpataru Ltd has bagged the redevelopment rights of a large housing society spread over a 3-acre land parcel in Mumbai's Andheri West. As per the firm, the work involves the redevelopment of Shree Mahalakshmi Cooperative Housing Society located off Veera Desai Road.
The project has an estimated gross development value (GDV) of over Rs 1,400 crores and is expected to involve the construction of around 6 lakh sq ft.
