Kolkata tech park: DLF completes the sale to Srijan Group
Real estate major DLF has completed the business transfer agreement to sell the Kolkata tech park to Srijan Group. Spread over 25.9 acres of land, the technology park is sold for Rs 670 crores.
It includes an IT/ITeS SEZ property for ?409.86 crore and 17.75 acres of vacant land for Rs 260 crore.
