Lodha Group to invest Rs 1 lakh crore in Maharashtra for data centers
Real estate developer Lodha Group has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the government of Maharashtra. The MoU is for an investment of Rs 1 lakh crore to be infused in data centres in the state.
This MoU is in addition to a pact inked by Lodha Group with the state government 4 months ago for an investment worth Rs 30,000 crore to set up data centers under the government Green Integrated Data Centre Park policy.
