M3M India to develop township in Gurugram, to invest Rs 7,200 crores
Real estate developer M3M India has plans to develop a 150-acre integrated township in Gurugram. The project is a part of the firm's expansion plan and would take an investment of 7,200 crore. As per the update, the first phase of the project, spanning 50 acres, would offer RERA-approved 300 plots.
The proposed project would be named Gurgaon International City and will feature data centers, innovation parks, and EV hubs. As per the developer, the aim is to attract global tech giants.
