Millenia WB Yield Fund to invest Rs 41 crores in residential project in Hyderabad
SEBI-approved category II Alternative Investment Fund (AIF), the Millenia WB Yield Fund, will invest Rs 41 crores in a villa project in Hyderabad. As per reports from The Economic Times, WhiteBoard Advisory & Management (WB) and real estate developer Casagrand have received SEBI approval to raise Rs 500 crore under a jointly formed, Millenia WB Yield Fund.
Initially, Rs 41 crores would be invested in a villa project in Hyderabad with an estimated revenue potential of Rs 400 crores. The fund is aimed at residential projects with an initial focus on Chennai, Bangalore, and Hyderabad.
