Mindspace REIT acquires office space in Pune and Mumbai
The real estate investment trust, Mindspace REIT, has acquired 3 office spaces in Mumbai's Worli and Bandra-Kurla Complex, and Pune’s Kalyani Nagar for Rs 2,916 crore. Mindspace is expecting new assets to generate substantial net operating income.
These three assets comprise an area of 8 lakh square feet, taking the firm's portfolio to 39 million square feet.
