Mistral Solutions acquired for Rs 296 crore
Engineering services company Axiscades Technologies Ltd acquired the product design and development company Mistral Solutions Private Ltd (MSPL). The acquisition was done for Rs 296 crore.
Axiscades said that the acquisition will enable the company to build upon a complementary portfolio of offerings and allow it to scale-up operations while delivering innovative solutions to customers.
