Mumbai to Ahmedabad Bullet train project: Only 2 bids received for ticketing consultant contract
National High-Speed Rail Corporation Limited (NHSRCL) has informed that only 2 bidders have placed bids for the ticketing system’s consultant contract for the 508 km Mumbai – Ahmedabad High-Speed Rail (MAHSR Bullet Train) project. Estimated value of the contract is Rs. 9.04 crore
The consultant will prepare NHSRCL’s requirements by studying existing Automatic Fare Collection (AFC) systems deployed worldwide and suggesting the best option. Further will prepare a cost estimate of the ticketing system, and assist NHSRCL with carrying out the bidding process for procuring the ticketing system – from inviting bids to evaluating the bids and preparing the contract agreement for signing.
