NCCCL receives LoA for construction of residential tower in Alibaug
Real estate developer New Consolidated Construction Company (NCCCL) has received the Letter of Award (LoA) for the construction of Tower 1 and associated non-tower ancillary structures at Alibaug from Lodha Developers.
The work is a part of the project named Lodha Alibaug, which represents the first residential tower within the 200+ acre township and forms part of Phase 1 of the development. As per LoA, the work involves a total built-up area of approximately 7.26 lakh sq. ft., with an estimated contract value of Rs 112.5 crore.
