Prestige Group and Arihant join hands to develop residential project in Chennai
Real estate developer Prestige Group and Arihant Foundations and Housing Ltd have joined hands to develop a 3.5-acre residential project in Chennai. The project has a revenue potential of more than Rs 1,600 crore.
The joint venture (JV) would buy 3.48 acres of land in Velachery, Chennai, from Rane (Madras) Ltd for Rs 361 crore, and has a development potential of 7.5 lakh square feet.
