Puravankara sigs JDA for real estate project in Bengaluru
Real estate developer Puravankara Group has signed a joint development (JDA) for the development of a real estate project in Bengaluru. The firm will undertake development on the 4-acre land parcel on Hennur Road.
The project is estimated to have a gross development value (GDV) of over Rs 1,300 crore. The proposed project will offer 0.84 million square feet of saleable area.
