Reliance NU Energies bags order from SJVN
The wholly-owned subsidiary of Reliance Power, Reliance NU Energies, has bagged an order from government-owned SJVN. This order is for a 750 MW/3,000 MWh firm and dispatchable renewable energy project.
The project is a part of SJVN Ltd's 1500 MW / 6000 MWh Firm and Dispatchable Renewable Energy (FDRE) ISTS tender. As per The Economic Times, the project will combine around 900 MWp of solar capacity with over 3,000 MWh of battery energy storage to provide reliable peaking power to distribution companies at a tariff of ?6.74 per kWh.
