Sanghi Industries acquired by Ambuja cement for Rs 5,185 crore
Ambuja Cements has informed that it has completed the acquisition of Sanghi Industries for an enterprise value of Rs 5,185 crore. Adani Group firm bought about 133 million shares of Sanghi Industries worth Rs 1,627 crore in a block deal.
With this Ambuja's total cement production capacity to nearly 75 million tonnes per annum (MTPA).
